I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were elegantly designed with a full glass wall facing the road, but there was still a lingering smell of smoke. The check-in process for a junior suite and a connecting room took longer than expected, and only after suggesting an upgrade did it get resolved.

The location was excellent for my meeting in Riyadh, being very close to the venue. However, it was a bit challenging to move around as it's somewhat outside the center.
